She was predeceased by: her parents, Mearl Wheeler and Alice Marie Taylor Wheeler; her brothers, Mearl Jr. and Larry; and her husband Ken.
She is survived by: her children, Hillari Garner and Brandon Garner (Melissa); her grandson Harrison; her siblings, Janice Barnes and Dee Wheeler (Linda); and her stepchildren, Kevin Ashby (Kay), Julie Kirkman (Roger), Kaye Stevens (Mark), Kendra Johnson (Todd) and Gayle Smith (Brandon). She is also survived by children; and dozens of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
