She was predeceased by: her children, Kathy Arritt and Jeffrey Scott Maxwell; her grandson Matthew Blake; and her siblings, Dowell, Ward, Jasper, Austin, Hubert (Teamon), Elwood, Ella and Melba.
She is survived by: her significant other Jay Maxwell; her spouse Loa; her friend Utah Jazz; her children, Carol Ann Blake (Rich), Jay C. Maxwell (Judy) of Spokane, Connie Williams (Alan) of Rupert, Alan Maxwell (Martha) of Rupert and Mary Jo Seamons (Lynn) of Corvallis; her son-in-law Kelly Arritt of Paul; and her brother Lionel Carroll (Art) of Fairbanks. She is also survived by one grandchildren, 100 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Loa's memory in the form of donations to the Humanitarian Fund or the charity of your choice.
