He is survived by: his siblings, William "Billy" Mills and Sarah Elizabeth; his parents, Bret Garrigan and Beth Garrigan; his pet Sky; his grandmother Ramona Cusick; his sister-in-law Jayme; his niece Liberty; his nephew Justice; and his godparents, Jon and Maureen Garrigan. He is also survived by many loving Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
