She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip A. Welker and Cora May Elliott Welker. She is survived by: her significant other John H. Easton; her children, Joyce Cecsarini (Mike) of Meridian Idaho and Tom Easton (Laura) of Middleton Idaho; her brothers, Phillip Anthony and Thomas Welker (Charlene); her grandchild Joclyn Cecsarini; her siblings, Janelle Templeton (Ryan) of Nampa Idaho, Jeremiah Cecsarini (Olivia) of Boise Idaho, Jayna Sturzen (Matt) of Jefferson Oregon, Jireh Cecsarini of Meridian Idaho, Brendan, Kaleb Easton of Kuna Idaho and Alec; and her great grandchildren, Rylynn Templeton, Juniper Templeton and Reuben Cecsarini. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
