He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hoagland and Faye Hoagland; his brother Chuck Hoagland; and his son-in-law Terry Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Lita Hoagland; his sister Sonja Fields (Ron); his children, Steve Hoagland (Mollie), Rex Hoagland (Karen) and Debbie Gibson; and his grandchildren, Cody Hoagland (Jenny), Stacie Workman (Brad), Buster Gibson (Tyra), Brandy Allison (Aaron), Amber Avila (Alex), Kassi Blanton (Brandon), Amanda Sandoval (Junior) and Kaden Gibson. He is also survived by his wife, all three of his children, his daughter-in-law's, and grandchildren.
