He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Carol and Nora Dye Hamby; his former wife Nanette Stimpson; his wife Loretta Bowles; his brother Larry (Carma); his stepdaughter Amber (Clint); his nieces, Amanda (Chris) and Courtney (Rodney); his great-nephew Zachary; his great-niece Emma; and also Andy. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, many cousins, and extended family.
