She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Chapman and Daisy Cole Chapman; her husband Edward Jess Northrop; her children, Randy West and Shelly Messersmith; her granddaughter Jessy Messersmith; and her siblings, Judy Walters, Helen Meyer, Ralph Chapman, Leslie Chapman, Weldon Chapman and Ed Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy West, Rhonda Neumann, Ralph West and Lori Kulm.
