She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Bell, Sr. (Jack) and Betty Bell (Barton); her former spouse Thomas Neilson; her stepchildren, Anna and Thomas; her children, Kathleen, Ryan and Stacee; her siblings, John Bell, Valerie Ditore, Frances Aga (Paul) and Elizabeth Pike; her grandchildren, Nolan, Kaden Templeton, Andrew, Josh, Jordan Neilson, Dominic Meier, Colten Miles, Shilo, Keia and Armani Morgan; her husband Randy Hoppe; and her siblings-in-law, Bruce Pike, Anthony Ditore and Patricia Bell. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
