He was predeceased by: his son Blake Christopher Heron; and his grandson Fisher Wayne Betty. He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Betty of Pocatello, ID and Ingrid Betty; his wife Liz Betty (Liz); his children, Cassandra Hansen (Bryan) of Hayden, ID, Nicole Williams (Heston) of Herriman, UT and Jeremy Betty (Tesha) of Jerome, ID; his siblings, Patricia Neeser of Pocatello, ID, James Betty and Thomas Betty of Pocatello, ID; and his former wife Debbie Simmons of Lehi, UT. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
