He is survived by: his wife Tomi Shull (Funk); his daughter Lizzie Shull; his parents-in-law, Tony and Chris Funk; his siblings, Daniel Eugene Shull (Jessica) and Sarah Elizabeth Biesen (Barry); his grandparents, Raymond and Connie Cooke; and his friend MacIntyre. He is also survived by numerous other friends and relatives.
