He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Williams and Eva Belle Williams (Schmidt). He is survived by: his wife Carol Williams of Gooding; his children, Richard Dean Williams of Jerome, Phillip Williams (Nancy) of Gooding, Karrie Giles of Gooding and Terrie Rider (Don) of Kimberly; his sisters, Phillis Jean Uptain of Buhl and Valarie Dinkel (Matt); his grandchildren, Kyleen, Derek, Ashlee, Brandon, Bradyn, Brittney, Jeff and Becky; and his great grandchildren, Jacob of Kaitlynn, C. J., Dawson, Bentley, Brexlynn, AriBella, Paige and Zayla.
