He was predeceased by: his father Cyril L. Green (Doris D. Elder Green). He is survived by: his wife Lisa J Green; his stepson Stephen Wainwright (Nicole); his granddaughters, Victoria Atkinson (Bobby) and Saturn Wainwright; his great grandchildren, Alysiane and Robert Wesley Atkinson; his brother John R. Green; his niece Robin Green; and his nephews, Jon F. Green (Araceli), Joshua Butcher (Andrea) and Cheyenne Amalong (Mark). He is also survived by 4 sons, and many Brothers, and Sisters-in-law, as well as many other nieces and nephews.
