He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mangan and Marjorie Mangan; and his siblings, Robert and Theresa. He is survived by: his wife Julia; his sons, James and David; his granddaughter Jillian; his daughters-in-law, Julie and Antoinette; and his siblings, Michael, Kristine, John, Ellen, David and Kathleen.
