He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Hagan; his sisters, Jenneal Hagan and Patty Hagan Gutzman; his nephews, Jerome Hagan and Cameron Hagan; and his great-nephew Andrew Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, David Zachary Hagan (Josh), Michelle Leppert, Christopher Brown, Sylina Crossman, Stormy Benson and Paul Hagan; and his sisters, Rose Owens, Cindy Hiett (Bob), Sandy Hanson (Leif), Diann Waddell (Jerry) and Debbie Healey.
