Joyce Ann Klempel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2023, at the age of 88, Joyce Ann Klempel (American Falls, Idaho) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Ruff and Bessie Ruff; her husband Howard; and her son Russell. She is survived by: her sons, Donald (Tina) and Kelly (Debbie); her siblings, John Ruff (Betty Kay), Leonard Ruff (Cris) and Marylyn Richard (John); her sisters-in-law, Helen Harder and Dorothy Isaak; and her grandchildren, Heather, Katie, Dawn, Justin, Amber, Merissa and Micah. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
