It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Manuel P. Alvarez (Wyoming, Iowa), who passed away on March 21, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Maria De La Luz; and his siblings, Balcilia Alvarez, Santo P. Alvarez, Matias Alvarez and Pauline Romo.

He is survived by: his son Randolph Alvarez (Mary Helen); his brother Errique Alvarez; and his niece Pauline Nava (Raymond). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
