He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis McAndrew and Mary McAndrew (Noring); his siblings, Bill and Mary Ann Schwager; and his nieces, Maurna McAndrew and Judith Schwager (Irene).
He is survived by: his sister Jean Eganhouse of Monmouth; and his sister-in-law Joyce McAndrew of Maquoketa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
