He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Lloyd (Starkey); his children, Earl W. Lloyd, Jr. (Ronda) of Chestertown, MD, Ronald W. Lloyd (Theresa) of Wyoming, Brenda Lee Sheffield (Paul) of Winter Haven, FL, Anthony Slover (Adrienne) of Orlando, FL and Raughley Lloyd (Patti Opdyke) of Hartly; his stepdaughter Ruby Edge of Magnolia; his siblings, Steven Pearson (Carol) of Kenton, Mamie Garber of Bear, Nancy Coker (Gene) of Dover and Iva Fay Smack of Florida; his grandchildren, Charles Sinclair (Amanda), Trina Willey, Sami Timmons, Johnna Lloyd, Ryan Lloyd, Cody Lloyd, Kenneth Lloyd, John Lloyd, Beth Ann Harrison, Michael Spence, Matthew King, Christopher Slover, Jennifer Slover, Noah Howard, Dalen Howard, Emma Lloyd and Jenny Edge; and his great grandchildren, Natalie and Mackenzie.
An additional viewing will be from 11:00 A. M. until 12:00 P. M. Tuesday at the funeral home with a funeral service to begin at 12:00 P. M. COVID-19 protocol will be in effect.
