He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ann Dettmann; his children, Tina (Coy) and Chester Franklin Lief, III (Tammy Huinker); his grandchildren, Chelsae Wagner, Kelby Billingsley (Daniel) and Sierra Lief; his stepgrandchildren, Jaylon, Emma and Rylan Gerdes; and his sister Cheryl (Norman).
