He is survived by: his wife Pat Leytham of Woodbine; his stepchildren, Shawn (Raylene O'Tool) of Boone, Joe O'Tool of Boone and Michelle (Jerry Hanson) of Dayton, Iowa; his stepdaughter-in-law Devon O'Tool; his grandchildren, Jessica, Daniel, Jacob, Morgan, Lexee and Jaimon; and his great grandchildren, Zane, Anna Joy, Aria and Brynlee. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
