He is survived by: his parents, Tom Bothwell and Peggy Bothwell of Moorhead, Iowa; and his siblings, Kelly Bothwell (Angie) of Moorhead, Iowa and Cindy Block (Brian Carter) of Woodbine, Iowa. He is also survived by seven nephews and nieces; seven great nephews and great nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
