Filmore Melick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2020, at the age of 99, Filmore Melick of West Liberty, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Filmore Melick to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Melick and Helen Melick (Stahl); his daughter-in-law Laura Melick; and his sisters, Margaret Martin, Marion Motis and Carrie Williams.
He is survived by: his former wife Marjory Stagg; his wife Marj; his children, Jeanne Melick-Shield of Iowa City, Brad Melick (Barb) of West Branch, Bruce Melick of Cedar Rapids and Jerry Melick of West Liberty; and his grandchildren, Travis, Jesse, Caleb, Cassie, Clint, Shandra, Shelby, Dayne, Kayla, Emma, Holly and Connor.
Memorials may be made to the West Liberty Community Center, the West Liberty Fire Department or the City of West Liberty for the upkeep of the Kimberly Swimming Pool.
