She was predeceased by: her uncle Sammy LeMar; and her great-grandparents, Susie LeMar and Jack Boyle. She is survived by: her parents, Sam Conlan and Elizabeth Conlan; her grandparents, Tom, Marci Conlan, Joel and Jennifer LeMar; her great-grandparents, Judi Boyle, Frank, Darlene Conlan, Jerry, Gail LeMar, Tom and Paula Rice; her uncles, Will Conlan and Ben LeMar; and her aunt Haley Conlan.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Ada.
