We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2022, at the age of 82, Peggy Ann Kirby of West Burlington, Iowa, born in Sandwich, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Shelton and Emma Fern Hodge Halford; her former husband James G. Fruland; and her siblings, Jerry Halford and Sally Donahue.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck of West Burlington; her daughter Kelly Fruland Harris (Terry) of Columbus Junction; her stepdaughter Tina Marie Paige (Robert) of Boone, MI; her grandchildren, Melissa Harris Granaman (Ryan) of West Branch, IA, Allison Grames (Daryl) of Boone, MI, Rachel Harris of Columbus Junction, Olivia, Ethan Granaman, Wyatt and Wayland Grames; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Hilt of Glen Ellyn, IL and Rae Halford of Somonauk, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been established for the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association.
