It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Rich of Washington, Iowa, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Rich and Lucy Rich (Casey); his son Mike Rich; his grandson Dustin Dean Iwanowski; his sons-in-law, Gary Witthoft and Scott Bisbey; and his brother Donald Rich (Marj).
He is survived by: his wife Joan Rich of Washington, Iowa; his children, Peggy Witthoft of Cedar Falls, Iowa, Linda Drish (Denny) of Washington, Iowa, Tim Rich of New Mexico and Nancy Bisbey of Washington, Iowa; his godchild Jolisa Weidner (Rich); and his friends, Sid, Donna Manfull and Jim Hayes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County.
