He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Dykstra and Florence Jones Dykstra; and his spouse Gerdena Steenhoek. He is survived by: his children, Stuart Dykstra (Kathy) of Rifle, CO, Sherry Lindsay (Robert) of Bettendorf, IA, Linda Neymeyer (Gary) of Bella Vista, AR and Marcia Miller (Craig) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
