He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Scott Kilburn (Kelley) of Colorado, Tracey Kilburn of Muscatine, Lori McGreevey of Grandview, Mark Johnson (Whitney Cox) of Wapello, Phyllis Foster (Keith) of Nebraska and Kyle Johnson of Muscatine; and his brothers, Wayne Kilburn (Barb) of Muscatine and Alan Kilburn (Mary Lou) of Muscatine. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
