She was predeceased by: her parents, Chancy Fillmore and Virginia Elizabeth Voshell (Northrop); her husband Henry Lee Peterman; her son Robert; her daughter-in-law Penny; and her siblings, Lawrence Voshell, Darrell Voshell, Dewayne Voshell, Lyle Voshell, Boyd Voshell, Raymond Voshell, Lester Voshell, Delbert Voshell, Violet Nielsen and Maxine Voshell.
She is survived by: her children, Roland Peterman (Tim Fees) of Walford, Rodney Peterman (Christina) of Dubuque, Roberta Dugan (Dale McConnell) of East Moline and Rose Meyer (Dale) of Fort Atkinson; and her brother Leon Voshell of Waterloo. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing will be required.
