It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence B. McGurk (Walford, Iowa), who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McGurk and Maude McGurk (O'Rourke); and his wife Dolores "Janie" Brecht. He is survived by: his children, Larry "Skeeter" McGurk (Donna) of Walford, Brenda McGurk (Dan Freese) of Walford, Diane Turner of Robbinsdale, MN, Sherry Schulte (Vic) of Norway and Pam Trumbull (Doug) of Norway; his grandchildren, Mellany, Marley, Amy, Tyler, Will, Samantha and Drew; his great grandchildren, Willimina, Valentina, Goldie, Teagan, Carson, Brody, Charlie, Kollyns, Dawson and Michael; and his brother-in-law Dwayne Brecht (Mary Ruth) of Marengo.
