He is survived by: his children, Doug Kofoed (Karen) of Des Moines, Darin Kofoed (Elizabeth) of LeRoy, IL and Lisa Vogt (Brian) of Marion; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Amber, Paige, Lauren, Joshua and Nathan.
