He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda. He is survived by: his children, Mike Motto (Carrie) of Marion and Maria Motto of Vinton; his grandchildren, Jordan, Elijah and Jayce; and his sister Bertha Pohlmann of Vinton. He is also survived by his parents, his step-father.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the . Andy was born on Aug. 31, 1943 to Mike and Hazel (Maynard) Motto in Orville West Virginia.
