He is survived by: his wife Carol Greenfield of Villisca; and his daughters, Trudy Johannsen of Lancaster County, Avoca Carlson of Lancaster County and Tracy Carlson of Lancaster County. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great-granddaughters.
