She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Kisling and Dorothy Kisling (Gray); and her siblings, Fred Kisling and Norma Jean Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Donald Felker; her children, Mike Felker (Donna) of Rio Rancho, NM, David Felker of Crestview, FL, Susan Benson (Mike) of Urbana, Robert Felker (Rita) of Center Point and Terry Felker (Jennifer) of Marion; her brother James Kisling (Marlene) of Phoenix, AZ; and her sister-in-law Mildred Kisling of Vinton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren.
