Newton (Urbana, Iowa), born in Marengo, Iowa, who passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wendell and Christina Schumaker Wendell; her husband Harold; her son-in-law Bob McElrath; and her grandson Mark Harrison.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Newton (Nancy) and Sharon McElrath; her grandchildren, Tammy Hendryx (Scott), Deborah Harrison, Kimberly Pribyl (Steve) and Jerry McElrath (Christina); her great grandchildren, Mitch Harrison (Jenna), Gordy Harrison, Matthew McElrath (Kristen), Jarret McElrath and Carly Hendryx; and her great great grandchild Carter Alan Harrison.
