She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard G. Vesely and Ruth M. Vesely (Wilkinson). She is survived by: her husband Clarence Yuska of Toledo; her children, Michal Evans (Tim) of Washington, IA, Lisa Rohach of Toledo, Scott Yuska (Kellie) of Urbandale and Merri Blocker (Jeff) of Waukee; her grandchildren, Tara Evans Roberts, Tyler Evans, Tenia Evans Fogle, Nicole Rohach Ledvina, Nathan Yuska, Breana Yuska, Samantha Blocker and Dan Blocker; her great grandchildren, Colton, Carson Roberts, Casen, Clayton Evans, Cora, Camden Fogle, Claire and Carver Ledvina; and her sisters, Sandra Sheda (Larry) of Traer and Sue Hardon of Wichita Falls, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
