He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Bly and Vickie Bly; his brother Joshua; his close friend Tracey Frese; his nephews, Jordan, Jayden and Jaxson Bly of Toledo, IA.; and his grandparents, Larry, Shirley A. Bartling, Sr. of Tama, IA and Virginia Bly. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
