He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann of Tama; his daughters, Diane Novak (Dick) of Tama and Jane Currier of Tama; his grandchildren, Rich Novak (Katie) of Plano, TX, John Novak (Becky) of Toledo, Emily Babinat (Jason) of Tama, Christine Ecklor (Shane) of Marshalltown, Jesse Gerlach (Codee) of Carlisle and Katie Schulte (Will) of Watkins; and his great grandchildren, Remington, Samuel, Finnley Novak, Gabe, Ethan, Alex Babinat, Chad, Madelyn, Richard Ecklor, Connor, Kennedy Gerlach, Carson, Brody and Charlie Schulte. He is also survived by one sister; one sister-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
