He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Moore and Ella Moore (Johnson); his wife Marilyn Moore; his parents-in-law, Dick and Hilda Addink; and his siblings, Harold, Clinton, Bernard, Vernon, Cornelius Moore, Bessie Hayes, Mary Moore, Elizabeth Colson, Thelma Moore and Georgia Sheffield.
He is survived by: his nephew Darnell Sheffield; his sister-in-law Louise Moore of Callahan, Florida; and his parents-in-law, Mary Steward of Jesus, Harriet Martinus of Jenison, Michigan, Duane, Kathy Addink of Hudsonville, Michigan, Larry, Sharidee Addink of Manhattan, Montana, Ken, Barb Addink of Sioux Center, Iowa, Gene, Betty Addink of Rapid City, Jim, Alma DeVries of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Kevin and Betty Moss of Boyden, Iowa..
