She is survived by: her children, Steve Schmidt (Pam) of Sioux City, Julie Schneider (Shaun) of Akron and Scott Schmidt (Maralee) of Austin, Texas; her daughter-in-law Linda Schmidt of Tampa, Florida; her grandchildren, John Schmidt, Kelly Schmidt (Amy), Amanda Verros (Brandon), Jason Schneider (Heather), Aaron Schneider (Amy), Erika (Dave Weinmann), Alexandra Florence (Jeff), Megan Blumentrath (Justin), Luke Schmidt and Logan Schmidt; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Noah, Nathan, Parker, Camden, Cael, Larissia, Aaden, Axton, Beckett, Brinley, Quinn, David, Brenden, Cooper, Brecken, Oliver and Lucy.
The Schmidt family prefers memorials be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
