She was predeceased by: her husband Dan DeRuyter; and her siblings, Audrey Preul and Bob VanRoekel. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet VanderBerg (Doug) of Sioux Center, Kim Stair (Joe) of Parker, Colorado and Sue Pike (Chip) of Missouri City, Texas. She is also survived by two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
