He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Randy De Kruyf (Jan) of Sioux Center, IA and Cathi Van Zanten (Bob) of Rock Valley, IA; and his brother Sam De Kruyf (Dot) of Palm Desert, CA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
