He is survived by: his former wife Delores Broek; his mother-in-law Janet Rens; his wife Janet Rens of Sioux Center, IA; his children, Jeff and LeAnn Rens of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Ginny, Don Scott, Kendra and Drew Rodiger; his great grandchildren, Dustin, Rikka Koele (Cadence) of Alton, IA, Ashley, Mitch Van Engen (Tessa) of Doon, IA and Jordan Koele (Shannon Schaap) of Rock Valley, IA; his grandchildren, Jan and Kevin Te Slaa of Sioux Center, IA; his great grandchildren, Jessica Tubergen (Tori Sneller) of Valley Springs, SD, Morgan, Tim Lange (Carlee) of Doon, IA and Danielle Tubergen (Matt Schlitter) of Hastings, NE; his grandchildren, Dr. Scott and Karen Rens of Sioux Center, IA; his great grandchildren, Emily, Kyle Hull of Omaha, NE, Alex Rens and Sam Rens of Sioux Center, IA; his sister-in-law Joan Rens of Sioux Center, IA; and his parents-in-law, Jo, Paul Dekker of Maurice, IA, Arlene, Stan Van Otterloo of Hospers, IA, Linda, Will Van Engen of Hudson, SD, Marianne and Jim Sjaarda of Sioux Center, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
