He is survived by: his girlfriend MaryAnne Arancel of Le Mars; his children, Dominic Gutierrez, Isabella Gutierrez, Sophia Gutierrez and Adriana Gutierrez; and his siblings, Jose Gutierrez (Patty) of Sioux Center, Griselda Gutierrez of Pasadena, CA, Robert Gutierrez (Victoria) of Victorville, CA and Jose Madrid of Sioux Center. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
