He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Floen and Erma Floen of Warren, Illinois.. He is survived by: his wife Anita Leibert; his children, Tim Floen (Allison) of Maurice, IA, Lonny Floen (Michele) of Chillicothe, IA and Angie Rodenburgh (Mike) of Sioux Center, IA; and his sisters, Hollie Floen of Freeport and Cheryl Heldt (Floen) of Lanark, Illinois.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Memorials will be donated to the Sioux Center American Legion.
