It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Koerselman of Sioux Center, Iowa, born in Orange City, Iowa, who passed away on June 19, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Vermeer; her siblings-in-law, Dan Kooiker, Dale Koerselman and Phyllis Meerdink; and her parents-in-law, Cornie and Elizabeth Koerselman.
She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Vermeer (Mieras); her husband John Koerselman of Sioux Center, IA; her children, Kerry Koerselman-Griess (Troy Griess) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jill Suresh of Renton, WA, Jeremy Koerselman (Lisa) of Sioux Center, IA and Kimberly Gascoigne (Ben) of Minneapolis, MN; her siblings, Lee Vermeer (Karla), Beth Kooiker, Cindy Cleveringa (Les), Peggy Mouw (Steve) and Emily Kleinhesselink (Corey); and her parents-in-law, Wayne Meerdink, Greg Koerselman (Donna), Corky Koerselman (Sherri) and Vivian Koolstra (John). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers family prefers memorials be directed to Sioux Center Sack Pack.
