We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2023, at the age of 92, Kathleen Altena of Sioux Center, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrit H Franken and Gertie Franken (Bosch); her husband Wilmer Altena; and her daughters, Rose and Kathy.
She is survived by: her daughter Deb; her son-in-law Elson Schut of Sioux Center; her son Dan; her daughter-in-law Sandi Altena of Sioux Center; her son Dave; her daughter-in-law Kelly Altena of Sacramento, California; and her grandchildren, Aaron Lubach, Joe Lubach, Amber Mork, Katelyn Smit, Courtney Sandbulte, Dusty Altena, Mic Altena, Jaime Van Kley, Niki Woockman, Mark Altena, Som Altena and Kaida Altena.
