With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Henry Kok of Sioux Center, Iowa, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on July 5, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Kok and Jean Kok (Griffioen); his wife Sanneke; his children, Vanessa (Eric Bartels), Jennifer (Robert Van Leeuwen), André (Jessica Kok), Sarah (Justin Hanley) and Emily Kok (Abigail Kok); his grandchildren, Dylan, Joseph, Isaac, Elsie, Tristan, Calvin, Noah, Pieter, Anneke, Eloise, Jay, Micheala, Levi, Lizzie, Maddy, Brooke and Ezra; his son Peter Klaas Kok; his grandson Benjamin Bartels; and his brother Philip Kok. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
