John G. Westra Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2021, at the age of 86, John G. Westra of Sioux Center, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Westra and Grace Westra (Fedders); his parents-in-law, John and Lorraine Kleinwolterink (Vander Meide); and his siblings-in-law, Gilbert De Weerd and Lois Westra.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Westra of Sioux Center, IA; his children, Carla Roghair (Douglas) of Sioux Center, IA, David Westra (Lisa) of Chattanooga, TN and Corey Westra (Anne) of Sioux City, IA; his grandchildren, Jenna Roghair, Maren, John "Jack", Allison Westra, Aiden, Meredith and Mallory Westra; his siblings, Mildred De Weerd, Harold Westra (Darlene), Glenn Westra (Marilyn), Kenneth Westra (Arlys) and Verlyn Westra (Lori); and his siblings-in-law, Harley Kleinwolterink (Phyllis), Arlyn Kleinwolterink (Verdell), Larry Kleinwolterink (Glennis) and Linda Bolluyt (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
The Westra family asks memorials be directed to the Ireton Christian School and/or Atlas Of Sioux Center.
