He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Mulder and Antonia Mulder (Van Donkelaar); his sister Gerdena "Gordie" Deinken; his brother-in-law Garthurd "Gary" Deinken; and his sisters, Dora Van Zee (Erv) and Hermina "Snooks" Den Hartog (Howard).
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Keith Den Hartog (Val), Steve Den Hartog, Kevin Den Hartog, Brian Deinken (Michelle), Sue Punke (Steve), Julie Pratt (Dave), Sandra Walker (Gary), Barb Reckner (Dean), Laura Van Beek (Greg) and Darla Malone. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
