He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Vonk and Jennie Vonk (Katze); his grandson Seth Vande Kamp; his siblings, Henry (Gertrude Vonk), George (Henrietta Vonk), Chris Vonk, Ben (Wynn Vonk), Jeanette (John Feekes), Gerrit (Jennie Vonk), Gertrude VandeBerg, Peter (Donna Vonk) and Goldie (Duane De Jager); and his brother-in-law Harold VandeKieft.
He is survived by: his wife Judi Van Dyke; his children, Valerie Vande Kamp (Kevin), Erica, Donald Roth, Piper, Liam, Bridget, Ryan, Michal Vande Kamp, Theo, Camila, Jeffrey Vonk (Gail), Anton, Emily Vonk, Barret Vonk, Sue Moret (Ryan), Jacob Moret, Addyson, Kipton, Boyd, Jade, Chris Hubers, Cecelia, Josh, Jill Moret, Landry, Emmett, Jonah, Olivia Moret, Colter, Willow, Scott Vonk (Stephanie), Trinity, Tanner Douma, Chloe (Zach Oolman), James Vonk (Erica), Samantha, Lukas VanderStoep, Elijah, Levi, Hudson Vonk and Aubrey Vonk; his siblings, Dorothy, Andy VanBochove and Kathy VandeKieft; and his brother-in-law Elmer VandeBerg.
In lieu of flowers or gifts the family prefer memorials be directed to Bethel Christian Reformed Church missions.
